Overview

Leverages professional Human Resource expertise and operational knowledge to facilitate the implementation of corporate HR procedures and policies concerning the provision of HR transactional and administrative services.

Key responsibilities encompass collaborating with HR leadership, site management, employees, vendors, and others to ensure the effective delivery of HR programs and policies, maintaining compliance and data integrity for HR records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and support various HR functions including, but not limited to: onboarding, off-boarding, unemployment claims, maintaining accurate employee records, Family & Medical Leave, employment verification, employee correspondence, employee relations issues, data reconciliation, and input.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries. Serve as a liaison to Workforce Services, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition for any related questions.
  • Oversee and audit HR system records and documentation, assess and escalate employee feedback, troubleshoot and track discrepancies, and provide root cause analysis and recommendations to ensure effective and compliant resolutions.
  • Maintain precise site organization charts, HR records, and authorized personnel data to ensure audit readiness. Provide assistance during audits as required.
  • Generate necessary periodic reports and conduct analysis for headcount, KPIs, HR transactions, site-related matters, or other ad hoc reports.
  • Proactively support the integrity of systems and processes.
  • Ensure the required notices and communications regarding HR-related business are maintained across three workplace locations.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • SHRM-CP or HRIC-PHR certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with an HRIS system is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, along with knowledge of HR concepts and practices.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment at various organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Exhibits ethical behavior and compliance, expecting the same from others.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency (B1+) is required for this position, as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
