Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Heavy Duty Truck Sales Lead to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and market share in the heavy-duty truck segment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of the heavy-duty truck market, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of heavy-duty truck sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs and preferences, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Provide Ongoing Training: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Foster a Culture of Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales department.
  • Implement Key Performance Indicators: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • Review Sales Performance: Regularly review sales performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in heavy-duty truck sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Sales Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Trucks: In-depth knowledge of heavy-duty truck specifications, features, and industry regulations.
