Role Summary
As a PMO Analyst on a fixed-term contract, you will collaborate closely with project managers and team members to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Organizing and coordinating project management meetings and forums.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and tracking project progress.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage intricate financial models to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring precise financial tracking and reporting.
- Work in tandem with the Finance Team to monitor the financial health of programs, including budget allocation and compliance with organizational policies.
- Assist in standardizing tools and methodologies to support program execution and governance.
- Provide communication support for programs/projects, including organizing workshops and documenting meeting outcomes.
- Promote the benefits of project management methodologies and lead collaborative learning initiatives.
- Manage project funding and change control submissions.
- Review completed projects to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
- Maintain key control registers for issues, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Document PMO processes and assist with onboarding new team members.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience in a PMO Analyst role or similar.
- Relevant undergraduate qualifications (preferred).
- Experience in retail or FMCG sectors (preferred).
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications.
