Job Summary

Stonebrook Exterior is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Engineer to support our project management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing major aspects of construction work, including material acquisition, equipment management, and cost planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination
    • Collaborate with project architects, designers, owners, and field personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Generate Requests for Information (RFI) and submittals to facilitate project progress.
  • Cost Management
    • Assist in bid analysis, constructability reviews, and permit processing to ensure project budget compliance.
    • Monitor and track project quality control metrics and activities on a regular basis.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Inspect all work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
    • Offer technical information to project supervision to ensure work meets applicable codes, drawings, and specifications.
  • Project Planning
    • Assist in planning and organizing construction projects from conception to completion.
    • Assist in project punch list and closeout documentation.
  • Communication
    • Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to relay project information.
    • Observe and comply with all applicable OSHA Safety Regulations on each worksite.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent budgeting and cost containment skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities.
