Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Commercial Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the organization's commercial sales channel and achieving revenue growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of commercial sales managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales incentives and recognition programs to motivate the commercial sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
