Job Opportunity

Ludivine Ryon is seeking a skilled Junior Pastry Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of desserts, including mousses, biscuits, custards, creams, tart crusts, cream puffs, and puff pastry.
  • Manage inventory of finished and raw ingredients to ensure efficient production.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to develop new dessert creations.
  • Assist other departments as needed, including macaron, bread, croissants, and finishes.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure punctuality, organization, and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in the pastry field.
  • Valid SD Food handler license.
