Woodmont is in search of a skilled Residential Community Manager to oversee our attractive 162-unit apartment complex.

The role entails a commitment of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

The Residential Community Manager will be responsible for a wide array of tasks, including the daily operations management, ensuring high occupancy rates, supporting marketing initiatives, setting and achieving financial objectives, and leading the property team.


Essential Qualifications:
Proven leadership abilities
Strong financial acumen and proficiency in computer applications
Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
Familiarity with the multifamily property management sector
Effective Marketing and Sales skills with the capacity to mentor staff
Exceptional customer service and resident engagement experience
Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Property Management
Experience with property management software is essential; familiarity with RealPage is advantageous.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment
Capability to prepare and deliver presentations to ownership and the community
Strong vendor management skills
Ability to cultivate positive relationships and communicate effectively with vendors, residents, staff, ownership, and the community
Valid Driver's License (Required)

Compensation:
Up to $88,000 annually - $42.31 per hour
