Community Manager (Affordable Housing)

WHAT WE SEEK:
We are in search of a Community Manager to oversee a community in San Diego, CA. This role is Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits.
Compensation: $23 - $25 / Hour
IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES:
- Experience with affordable housing properties
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing an apartment community
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Familiarity with interior and exterior renovations
- Ability to manage financials, budgets, and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for assisting others
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi and/or MRI is preferred
- A valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
