Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all residential facilities, including apartments, common areas, and amenities.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of maintenance staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions to maintenance-related issues.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenses are minimized.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., facilities management, construction management) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in maintenance-related software and tools.
  • Certifications: EPA Section 608 Type I and Type II or Universal certification required.
