Community Manager (Affordable Housing)

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

We are seeking a Community Manager for a community in San Diego, CA. This role is Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits.

Compensation Range: $23 - $25 / Hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with affordable housing properties
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing an apartment community
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with interior and exterior renovations
  • Ability to create and manage financial reports and budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for assisting others
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Yardi and/or MRI is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance
