Community Manager (Affordable Housing)

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
We are seeking a Community Manager for a community in San Diego, CA. This role is Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits.
Compensation Range: $23 - $25 / Hour
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with affordable housing properties
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing an apartment community
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Familiarity with interior and exterior renovations
- Ability to create and manage financial reports and budgets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for assisting others
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi and/or MRI is preferred
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance
