**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in North America. This role will play a critical part in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the BFSI sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities in the BFSI sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including conducting regular meetings and providing support.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and analyze sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**

  • 8-12 years of experience in a software-centric pre-sales role, preferably in the financial services or telecommunications industries.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software products, including core banking, digital banking, and fintech solutions.
  • Experience of selling to fintech companies or banks is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
