We are in search of a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and enhancement of our revenue-generating products at VuMedi. Our current monetization strategy involves offering advertising and sponsorship opportunities to pharmaceutical and medical device firms. In this role, you will take ownership of significant product initiatives from conception to implementation, enhance our insights into monetization possibilities within this sector, and advocate for the requirements of our commercial partners. You will engage in product domains that generate new revenue streams while ensuring VuMedi remains a trusted source for unbiased educational content.
Your Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for revenue-related products.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, product marketing, and customer success teams to guarantee the timely and high-quality delivery of your products.
- Define product specifications, owning long-term objectives, requirements, and success metrics for features.
- Gain a thorough understanding of our commercial clients' strategic goals and associated business outcomes.
- Align with leadership and stakeholders on strategies, outcomes, prioritization, and product roadmaps.
- Establish effective processes and rituals to collaborate with relevant partners across the organization.
- Identify and track key performance indicators for your product areas, ensuring they inform decision-making throughout the organization.
- Develop Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the revenue product development team.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritizing effectively to maximize impact.
- Guide and mentor junior product managers.

Your Profile:
- Dedicated to understanding the needs of our commercial clients and addressing their challenges in this field.
- Data-driven, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making, with a strong proficiency in instrumentation and testing methodologies.
- A collaborative team player, engaging engineering and design partners early to deliver the most valuable, usable, feasible, and viable solutions.
- An effective communicator, adept at tailoring information to your audience and establishing the right channels for impactful communication.
- Skilled in creating and organizing documentation that conveys essential information, garners alignment, and showcases your in-depth analysis, including business case summaries, functional requirements, product specifications, release notes, and user guides.
Your Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, focusing on developing and scaling products that drive business metrics and revenue.
- 4+ years of experience specifically in managing monetization products such as advertising, sponsorships, subscriptions, or revenue-generating marketing technologies.
- Proven product judgment and expertise in identifying opportunities and challenges, enabling VuMedi to deliver maximum value to its commercial clients.
- Experience with paid advertising products and campaign management tools from platforms like Google, Facebook, or Pinterest is preferred but not mandatory.
