About the Role

Burrell Communications is seeking a highly skilled Business Affairs Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business operations team, you will be responsible for managing talent contracts, vendor and talent estimates, negotiations, contracts, and rights and clearance in partnership with agency legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage talent contracts, including SAG and Non-Union agreements
  • Develop and maintain vendor and talent estimates, negotiations, and contracts
  • Collaborate with agency legal counsel to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Oversee content production, including broadcast, print, and digital projects across clients
  • Work closely with producers and the Director of Business Affairs to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business affairs, talent management, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
