The Executive Director, GPO Contract Development and Management, will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion for the Hispanic Technology Executive Council. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to negotiate and manage contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Development and Negotiation
- Develop and implement strategies to negotiate and manage contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Conduct thorough analysis of contract terms and conditions to ensure optimal business outcomes
- Contract Administration
- Manage and maintain accurate records of contract agreements and amendments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract agreements
- Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and other stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless contract execution
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on contract performance and progress
Requirements
- Experience
- 8+ years of experience in contract development and negotiation, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing complex contracts
- Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
