Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in an acute care setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary health care and/or specialty-specific care to individuals and families.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide non-pharmacological therapies.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Teach and counsel patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program for Physician Assistants.
  • Current certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse or physician assistant in the state of Arizona.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
