Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team at Dignity Health. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care to patients across the lifespan, including taking patient histories, performing physical examinations, ordering diagnostic tests, and establishing diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Assume clinical responsibility for tasks performed within the scope of practice, including ordering medications, performing procedures, and providing education to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • Three years of clinical experience in the specialty area.
  • Compact state or Arizona RN license.
  • AZ Advance Practice Nurse license.
  • National Certificate as an APRN in the specialty area.
  • Valid DEA registration.
  • Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
