Job Summary

Aleracare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as an Infusion Nurse Practitioner. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing services to assigned patients in accordance with their plan of care.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times and function as a patient advocate.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Assess patient needs and update plans of care as necessary.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
  • Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Attend continuing education programs and staff meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Masters degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current NP state license in the state of practice.
  • At least 4-5 years of advanced practice registered nursing experience, with ambulatory and infusion nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
