At Datadog, our objective is to create the premier platform for engineers to gain insights into and scale their systems, applications, and teams.

We handle immense scale—trillions of data points daily—facilitating effortless collaboration and problem resolution among Development, Operations, and Security teams worldwide for numerous organizations.

Our engineering ethos emphasizes practicality, transparency, and simplicity to tackle complex challenges effectively.

The Continuous Profiler is designed to deliver essential insights into code performance, enabling the identification and optimization of applications not only in testing environments but also continuously in production.

As a Senior Product Manager for Continuous Profiler, you will collaborate with a talented team of engineers to empower users of Continuous Profiling to identify performance challenges and enhance their workloads, making these insights accessible to both seasoned professionals and novice software engineers.

At Datadog, we value our workplace culture—the connections and collaboration it fosters and the creativity it inspires.

We function as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can achieve a work-life balance that suits them best.

Key Responsibilities:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of Continuous Profiler customers, their use cases, and competitors.

Co-define and develop the next generation of Continuous Profiler features to enhance the Datadog unified platform and make advanced use cases available to all Datadog users.

Collaborate with other Product teams within Datadog to sustain and enhance the correlation of Datadog products, assisting customers in identifying the root causes of incidents and navigating telemetry more efficiently.

Work alongside marketing and cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, support teams, and your engineering team, to establish Go-To-Market strategies and plans for Continuous Profiler features.

Qualifications:
You possess over 4 years of experience as a Product Manager (preferably with a focus on developer-centric SaaS products).
You have either a background in engineering or a strong interest, understanding, and knowledge of software development.

Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are exceptional, and you are prepared to present and advocate for your ideas to technical stakeholders and executives alike.

You are customer-oriented with high standards for the quality of your products.

You are enthusiastic about working in a high-growth, impactful environment to develop new products and scale existing ones.

Preferred Qualifications:
You are proficient in multiple programming languages and have a passion for optimizing workloads.
Datadog appreciates individuals from diverse backgrounds. We recognize that not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's perfectly fine. If you are passionate about technology and eager to expand your experience, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Benefits & Growth Opportunities:
New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP).
Ongoing professional development, product training, and career progression.
Intra-departmental mentorship and buddy program for internal networking.
An inclusive company culture with opportunities to engage in our Community Guilds.
Access to Inclusion Talks, our internal panel discussions.
Global Spring Health benefits for employees and dependents aged 6 and above.
Competitive global benefits.

The estimated salary range for this role at Datadog is between $187,000 and $240,000, along with a competitive equity package, which may include variable compensation.

Actual compensation is determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

Additionally, Datadog offers a comprehensive range of inclusive employee benefits for this role, including healthcare, dental, parental planning, mental health support, a 401(k) plan with matching, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan.
