Role Overview:
The Regional Marketing Strategist will be tasked with generating a robust pipeline for the Americas region. This role will oversee targeted segments and drive both online and offline marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events across the US and Canada.

You will develop and implement marketing strategies that yield measurable results in collaboration with Business Development Representatives (BDR), Sales, Global Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.

Your responsibilities will include managing the Marketing Funnel for the region, ensuring effective demand stimulation through quality leads, and tailoring campaigns to engage each stage of the funnel while delivering impactful marketing experiences that align with our regional sales objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Americas Marketing Strategy:

Formulate, agree upon, and execute marketing strategies that align with the goals of the Americas across various segments, ensuring sufficient demand generation that can convert into viable opportunities.

Utilize diverse tactics to stimulate demand in key areas, such as Account-Based Marketing for Priority Accounts and demand generation strategies for other accounts.

Oversee the Marketing Funnel for the Americas, ensuring the right quality and quantity of leads progress efficiently through the funnel and are accelerated as necessary.

Evaluate the results of each campaign to ensure we achieve the desired outcomes. Maintain your scorecard and present these results to key stakeholders, including Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams.

Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of all events and marketing campaigns, while measuring and reporting on their effectiveness.


Localized Digital, Content & ABX Campaigns:

Design and implement highly tailored Account-Based Experience (ABX) campaigns for key accounts.

Plan and execute localized campaigns for the Americas, aimed at stimulating demand generation for the regional marketing funnel.

Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify key buying committees and find ways to introduce them to the Marketing Funnel, enhancing their engagement with campaigns.

Adapt digital and content marketing initiatives to meet the needs of the regional sales team, deploying campaigns across all necessary digital channels.

Work with internal marketing teams to produce localized and region-specific press releases and case studies, as well as partner and customer marketing initiatives.


Event Management:

You will take ownership of all regional events, leading the organization of webinars and roundtables for the Americas region.

Collaborate closely with the Global Events team to support any global events relevant to your region.

Assess all third-party events based on Fenergo's criteria and define success metrics for each event.

Attend relevant trade shows and events, providing onsite management and decision-making.

Create an event plan for each event, webinar, or roundtable that we invest in, detailing key elements, investment, and KPIs to achieve.

Prepare post-event evaluation reports to assess success and ROI for all event-related activities.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with teams across Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Partner & Customer Marketing to execute core campaigns that deliver exceptional results.

Act as an advocate for the sales region you support, helping the broader marketing department understand their priorities.

Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the sales team.


Desired Qualifications:

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.

5+ years of marketing experience.

Proven track record in delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipelines through marketing initiatives.

Fluency in English.

Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, On24, or equivalents.

Preferred: Experience in a hypergrowth technology environment and exposure to financial services clients.
