Role Overview
As a Lead Project Strategist, you will play a crucial role in managing high-profile client accounts and projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also fostering client satisfaction.
Successful Project Strategists are intelligent, humble, and motivated individuals who can adapt their knowledge and skills to diverse situations. They excel in working with various clients and project types, consistently striving to exceed expectations and demonstrating a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.

In this position, you will utilize your expertise in creative services to facilitate smooth project execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with client goals.

Your ability to build robust client relationships and communicate effectively will be vital in achieving successful project results.

As an experienced professional, you will maintain high standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring that every deliverable not only meets but surpasses both client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Create comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, liaising with internal teams and external clients.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, providing regular updates on project status to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate information flow throughout all project phases, ensuring milestones such as client approvals are achieved.
  • Support the cultivation and development of client relationships.
  • Monitor and report on project budget performance and outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver project status presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Assist in crafting content for proposals related to new business opportunities.
  • Accurately track and report time spent on projects weekly.

  • Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of data reporting and management.
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
