Action Sports Senior Brand Marketing Strategist
Accountable for the evolution and upkeep of the designated brand. Key duties encompass the execution of strategic business growth initiatives for the brand, preserving brand integrity, and implementing marketing strategies.

Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate on strategic brand management initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.
Continuously assess and interpret sales figures, market share dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Support the discovery and formulation of business-enhancing concepts and partner with other business unit colleagues to realize these plans.

Evaluate consumption and shipment statistics and align results with set goals to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
Facilitate effective communication with internal teams to aid in ordering, capacity planning, and managing closeout channels.

Conduct field and market analysis to guarantee the brand meets trade and consumer demands while consistently contributing to the strategic positioning and development of the brand.

Foster relationships with vendors and Creative Services; Oversee budgets, estimates, bidding processes, artwork execution, proofs, and press approvals.

Manage the global media strategy for the brand, including setting and tracking media budgets; Compile global media briefs, and draft content and scripts for articles and other textual needs.

Propose marketing strategies and outline merchandising requirements.
Oversee brand POP and advertising budgets, monitoring expenditures to ensure they remain within established parameters.
Analyze POP surveys and provide actionable recommendations.

Collaborate closely with the in-house PR team to coordinate product development, launches, training materials, and promotional efforts with domestic and international sales teams.

Participate in domestic and international trade exhibitions; Organize marketing-related information across brands at trade shows, market weeks, and special events, ensuring presence in retail locations, key account promotions, etc.

Ensure timely shipment of all materials to distribution centers, sales teams, and clients.
Develop product specification sheets, catalogs, concept releases, brand briefs, concept charts, and product line management calendars.
Execute all other assigned tasks.

Job Specifications:

Typically possesses the following skills or qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in product or brand management is essential.
Experience with Sports Brands is advantageous.
In-depth understanding of brand management and marketing principles, along with execution techniques.
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Ability to enhance the perception of our corporate brand and organization.
Experience in the fashion or fashion-related sector is preferred.
Exceptional project management capabilities and experience overseeing large-scale projects.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Adaptable and capable of swiftly adjusting priorities and direction.
Robust analytical skills are required.
Ability to compose and present clear and concise reports.
Travel, both domestic and international, is required.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $69,000 to $119,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

This role may also include eligible bonuses and commissions as part of the compensation package.
