Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Measurement Solutions to join our dynamic Product Management team. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President and will be responsible for overseeing both current and future measurement solutions at Innovid. We welcome candidates with diverse levels of experience, as the title can be adjusted based on qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement product strategies for offerings related to awareness measurement.
2. Guide the strategic direction for enhancing existing measurement solutions to strengthen Innovid's competitive edge in omni-channel measurement.
3. Identify new avenues for product monetization and foster growth within the existing awareness product line.
4. Collaborate with global product teams to align on strategic initiatives.
5. Utilize existing data assets and explore partnerships to enhance data capabilities.
6. Influence pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales playbooks for measurement products.
7. Work closely with business development to pursue high-value partnerships.
8. Partner with a dedicated engineering team to design and implement measurement solutions that meet market demands and client expectations.
9. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in user measurement, identity, privacy, and data management.
10. Actively contribute to transforming the TV advertising landscape on a global scale.
11. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, advertising technology measurement, or digital advertising roles within leading organizations.
- Strong interest and comprehensive understanding of the advertising technology landscape.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in contributing to large-scale software projects.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of addressing both business and technical audiences.
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning about new technologies and market trends.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional business success for product offerings.
- Familiarity with lean, agile, and iterative product development methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data for business decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., information systems, computer science, engineering) is required; an MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
