We are currently seeking an Administrative Receptionist for our headquarters in St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome both internal and external guests on behalf of the Corporate office, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing shipments, mail, and faxes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate information is maintained for Security Services locations across the United States.
  • Keep track of office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Communicate maintenance and cleaning requirements to building management.
  • Assist with special events or projects as required.
  • Provide support to fellow Administrative team members as needed.
  • Offer assistance to Administrative Specialists when necessary.
Required Skills:
  • Exceptional written communication and composition abilities.
  • Professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role.
  • Self-driven to complete job tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate office reception or administrative roles is essential.
  • A high school diploma is mandatory; an associate degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must successfully pass a comprehensive background screening process.
