Position Overview: Are you skilled in providing support to a leading investment advisor? Randstad is seeking a Business Professional who excels in communicating with affluent clients to deliver a premium client experience. A foundational understanding of investment principles, practices, and procedures within the financial services sector is advantageous.

  • Educational Requirements: Associate's Degree/Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience Requirements: 2-4 years required/Preferred: 4-7 years in the financial services field
  • Licenses/Certifications: Series 7, 63/65 (or 66) must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment.

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education Level: Associate


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients and financial advisors with investment and insurance inquiries.
  • Rapidly acquire knowledge of processes for setting up new accounts and financial strategies, entering client data, and organizing client files.
  • Provide exceptional client service by resolving issues, offering updates, and addressing inquiries related to account activity and trade operations.
  • Ensure that financial strategies remain relevant and aligned with client goals.
  • Coordinate client communication schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare materials for client reviews.
  • Draft agendas, presentations, correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, and update client profiles to facilitate client servicing and prospecting.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document and manage client interactions, information, and compliance records.
  • Stay informed about market trends and product offerings to support the sales team effectively.
  • Assist the advisory team with marketing initiatives, social media oversight, event organization, and other proactive measures to foster new business opportunities.
Required Skills:
  • Calendar Management (5 years of experience required)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (8 years of experience required)
  • Understanding of investment concepts (1 year of experience required)
  • Series 7, 63/65/66 Certification
  • Business Professional (5 years of experience required)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Experience: 5 years
  • Experience Level: Experienced
