Position: Guest Services Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating empathy and attentiveness to patients and visitors.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes for guests at onsite accommodations, ensuring a warm and professional greeting that surpasses expectations.
  • Facilitate reservations for patients and their guests, providing information about hospital services, educational programs, and leisure activities.
  • Exhibit financial accountability by processing transactions, including credit cards, cash, and checks.
  • Guide patients and visitors through the Outpatient Accommodations and hospital facilities to enhance their experience.
  • Address guest requests for special arrangements and services with courtesy and efficiency, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with various hospital departments and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee guest activities and outings as necessary, providing prompt service and resolution of any issues.
  • Participate in cross-training to support roles in Patient Relations, Volunteer Services, and Concierge, representing Guest Services positively and professionally.
  • Answer inquiries through Guest Services phone lines with exceptional service and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

At least two years of experience in customer service or hospitality settings is preferred.

Educational Background:

A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
