Position Overview: Are you skilled in providing support to a lead financial advisor? Randstad is seeking a dedicated Business Professional who excels in communicating with high net worth clients to deliver an exceptional client experience. A foundational understanding of investment concepts, practices, and procedures within the financial services sector is advantageous.

  • Education Requirements: Associate's Degree/Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience Requirements: 2-4 years/Preferred: 4-7 years in the financial services sector
  • Licenses/Certifications: Series 7, 63/65 (or 66) required within the first 6 months of employment.

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education Level: Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive investment and insurance support to clients and the financial advisor/relationship manager.
  • Quickly familiarize yourself with procedures for establishing new accounts and financial plans, entering client information, and organizing client files.
  • Deliver outstanding client support by addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues related to account activity and trade transactions.
  • Ensure that financial strategies are up-to-date and aligned with client goals.
  • Manage client contact schedules, set appointments, and prepare materials for client reviews.
  • Draft agendas, presentations, correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, and update client profiles to facilitate client servicing and prospecting.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document and manage client interactions, information, and compliance records.
  • Stay informed about market trends and product offerings to assist the sales team effectively.
  • Support the advisor team with marketing initiatives, social media management, event planning, and other proactive measures to generate new business opportunities.
