The Financial Aid Coordinator is a key member of the State of Georgia's team, responsible for providing secondary leadership to assist Financial Aid staff and managing a variety of daily procedures associated with Financial Aid operations.
Essential Functions:
- Provide support to Financial Aid staff in the management of daily procedures and operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Financial Aid policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to Financial Aid operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Aid or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
