Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze purchase orders to ensure all necessary information for product fulfillment is accurate and complete.

2. Collaborate with sales representatives, customers, and marketing teams to gather comprehensive details.

3. Provide full customer service support, including quotations, order entry, expediting, change orders, cancellations, return orders, and representative assistance.

4. Schedule orders to align with customer needs, negotiating lead times with manufacturing, production control, and suppliers.

5. Enter and maintain registered price master data, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure accurate product descriptions, codes, and pricing for new model numbers.

6. Maintain customer master data, working with accounting to gather necessary financial information for new customer entries.

7. Input customer purchase orders into the Product Sales Module of the SAP system.

8. Report to management and sales teams to enhance customer service levels and drive sales growth.

9. Take ownership of assigned representatives' orders, facilitating resolutions to any issues that may hinder order completion.

10. Monitor and follow up on all past due orders, effectively communicating any issues as needed.

11. Engage in technical discussions with PMK, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.

12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be a team player dedicated to achieving total customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, capable of working independently, mature, and adaptable to change. Basic product knowledge of all relevant products is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong phone skills, are essential. A passion for the products and the company is highly valued. Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows 10, with a minimum typing speed of 55 wpm, is required.

Education

A two-year technical degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience is preferred.

Experience

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, including five (5) years in customer service and order entry roles. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
