Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a welcoming environment for patients and visitors, demonstrating empathy and attentiveness.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes for hotel accommodations, ensuring a warm and professional greeting for all guests.
  • Assist in making reservations for patients and guests, providing information on available services, educational programs, and leisure activities.
  • Handle financial transactions responsibly, including credit card, cash, and check processing.
  • Guide patients and visitors through the facilities, enhancing their experience and striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Coordinate special requests and services for guests with courtesy and efficiency, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with various hospital departments and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee guest activities and outings, providing timely assistance and service recovery as needed.
  • Cross-train to support roles in Patient Relations, Volunteer Services, and Concierge, representing Guest Services positively and professionally.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone with exceptional service and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

At least two years of experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.

Educational Background:

A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
