About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Regal Rexnord, a leading global industrial manufacturer. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage assigned key accounts and/or market segment activity, including order management, quotation, conflict resolution, order entry, and contract administration.
  • Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns regarding products, services, billing, and other issues to maintain customer goodwill and ensure we remain a supplier of choice.
  • Communication and Documentation: Maintain accurate customer contact information and critical communication files for assigned accounts.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a high knowledge base on our business' products and services.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  • ERP System Knowledge: Develop a high level of understanding of our ERP system.
Requirements
  • US Person: Must be a US Person with a US permanent residence, which includes US Citizens or Green card holders.
  • Education and Experience: 2-year Technical College and relevant experience or Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred. 2+ years of customer interface within engineered products preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft suite skills and basic internet searching. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
