About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer I to contribute to our projects. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a balance between in-office collaboration and remote work.

As a civil engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing community infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of projects, including:

  • Designing complete streets and safe sidewalks
  • Developing sustainable utility systems
  • Planning parks and recreational trails
  • Working on large-scale initiatives such as flood control systems and structural retaining walls

Your expertise will be vital throughout all project phases, from initial planning and design to contract documentation and construction oversight. Your contributions will have a lasting impact on the daily lives of community members.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management and civil design
  • Background in municipal infrastructure projects
  • Skills in business development and client relationship management
  • Ability to prepare project plans and specifications
