Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management, design, and construction administration for civil projects.
- Background in managing city infrastructure projects.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Experience in preparing project plans and specifications.
- Previous involvement in project proposals and client relations.
