Position Overview

Current Opening

We are on the lookout for a graduate-level engineer (EIT) to become a part of our Commercial Land Development team. This role involves supporting project managers with drafting and design tasks across various sectors.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model—initial training will be conducted in-office, followed by collaborative workdays from Tuesday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication and coordination among all project team members.
  • Help maintain client relationships by delivering exceptional service and high-quality outputs.
  • Organize and manage project documentation within the network project folder.
  • Exhibit strong design principles and ensure the delivery of comprehensive documents at each project milestone.
  • Review local zoning regulations, entitlement processes, and permitting requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 2-4+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), leadership capabilities, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks across various projects with a keen attention to detail.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily office-based work.
  • Occasional lifting of equipment or objects weighing up to 10 pounds may be required.
