Join Our Team as an Administrative Support Specialist

Residential Heating and Air is currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to enhance our operations. As a leading provider of HVAC solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service to our clientele. In this essential role, you will assist our team by managing technician schedules, handling phone communications, and supporting various office tasks, reinforcing our collaborative environment.

Compensation:

$11 - $15 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and text interactions
  • Coordinate appointments and manage the calendar for HVAC technicians to optimize their time
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Support general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing supplies
  • Handle customer service inquiries
  • Input data efficiently
  • Assist with the organization and tracking of received parts and equipment.
