Position Overview:

The Office Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing various administrative functions and supporting the needs of students, faculty, and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage departmental processes and provide comprehensive office support.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable attendance, fostering a collegial and harmonious work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal education.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with administrative software systems.
  • Prior experience in a university setting.
  • At least two years of customer service or related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to virtual training platforms.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Effective time management and innovative problem-solving abilities.
