Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

  • Assist existing clients, contractors, and the sales team.
  • Collaborate with clients on product selection, order placement, pricing inquiries, and delivery scheduling.
  • Prepare bids and material estimates based on provided blueprints.
  • Generate invoices, work orders, and sales documentation.
  • Process and input orders efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Some college education in Business or Construction Management preferred, or equivalent experience of 2+ years.
  • Experience in the building materials or construction sector.
  • Familiarity with various product lines and pricing procedures, with the ability to present sales offerings confidently.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and provide material estimates.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; a true team player.
  • Capable of maintaining and enhancing positive customer relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with solid mathematical skills and knowledge of lumber products.
  • Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn proprietary software.
