Job Title: Commercial Office Specialist

As a Commercial Office Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing, authorizing, and presenting customer-facing responses, including budgetary quotes, proposals, market assessments, and contracts. You'll act as a liaison between Sales, Engineering, Management, and potential customers.

Your Role

  • Define and own the approach for proposal and contract projects.
  • Review and understand Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from AspenTech customers.
  • Ensure financial details align with AspenTech's requirements.
  • Manage customer communications, facilitate approvals, and support internal pricing reviews.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to prepare proposal documents.
  • Act as the main contact for customers regarding proposals and contracts.
  • Provide accurate sales pipeline data aligned with proposal solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in an international business setting.
