Source Recruitment Solutions is representing a leading national consumer goods firm in search of a skilled Bilingual Merchandise Promotion Specialist for their upper Midwest territory.

The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and sustaining marketing initiatives directed at Hispanic Retail Grocery outlets in the area, while also fostering and developing professional relationships.

This role provides a dynamic and varied work environment with opportunities for occasional remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and promote a range of consumer products to select Retail Grocery Stores & Grocery Wholesalers.
  • Organize marketing outreach to drive growth and profitability for the organization.
  • Formulate a marketing plan to attract new business within the Hispanic demographic.
  • Support product resets, enhancements, and planogram implementations in stores.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and the organization.
  • Perform competitive market analysis regarding product offerings and pricing tactics.
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing consumer goods to Retail Grocery Stores & Grocery Wholesalers.
  • Bilingual with fluency in Spanish & English.
  • Direct experience in marketing products aimed at Hispanic consumers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to manage retail grocery and wholesale grocery accounts effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at spreadsheet management.
  • Valid driver's license for regional travel.
  • Authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
