Job Overview

EverStaff is seeking a dedicated Office Operations Coordinator to support our client's administrative functions. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency of office operations and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily administrative functions, including managing phone communications, processing correspondence, and ensuring the availability of office supplies and equipment.
  • Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics for team members and executives.
  • Maintain precise records and databases, encompassing employee data, office expenditures, and vendor agreements.
  • Manage office upkeep by coordinating with service providers for repairs, ensuring cleanliness, and optimizing office layout for productivity.
  • Assist management with report preparation, presentation development, and data analysis as needed.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, maintain HR documentation, and assist with HR initiatives.
  • Help coordinate company events, meetings, and other corporate gatherings.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, along with compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in an office administrator or similar administrative role.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficient in office software, particularly the MS Office suite, with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is necessary.
