The Lazzaro Law Firm is seeking a skilled Intake Specialist to perform telephone intake for potential new clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for screening potential clients for employment-related claims and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Screen potential new clients for wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, unpaid overtime, and unpaid minimum wage claims.
- Work primarily remotely, with occasional work at our office in Moreland Hills, Ohio.
- Perform telephone intakes, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering, returning, and routing telephone calls.
- Monitor records in our intake database to ensure accurate and complete information.
- Strong communication, telephone, writing, spelling, and organizational skills.
- Two years of previous telephone work experience.
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
- Live within 50 miles of Moreland Hills, Ohio, and have the ability to work in the office when needed.
