Position Overview:

In the role of client intake coordinator, you will be tasked with performing telephone intakes for prospective clients. This position is primarily remote, with occasional requirements to work at our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls from potential clients
  • Schedule and conduct telephone intakes
  • Return calls and follow up with clients as necessary
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication
  • Maintain precise records in the intake database

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational abilities
  • A minimum of two years of experience in telephone-based roles
  • Ability to work at the office when necessary
  • Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute
