Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in supporting our partners and employers through the onboarding process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Employer Onboarding & Implementation: Lead the CDH benefit implementation of employer onboarding for SMB and Mid-Market clients through our strategic partners.
  • Customer Success & Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with partners and employers. Ensure partners maximize value from our platform by understanding and advocating for their needs.
  • Change Management & Process Improvement: Adapt to changing responsibilities as we scale, pivoting towards a dedicated Customer Success or Implementation role as needed.
Requirements
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and the evolving nature of a scaling startup.
  • Curiosity: A naturally curious person who thrives on learning new things.
  • CDH Experience: Experience or interest in Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) or adjacent industries.
  • Relationship Management: Interest in building and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Implementation Interest: Eagerness to contribute to implementation processes for enterprise partners.
