Client Onboarding Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the client onboarding function in North America, partnering with the Global and Regional Head of Client Onboarding and other business stakeholders to grow and evolve the client onboarding function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the onboarding function, ensuring seamless client transitions and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead a team of client onboarding and client agreement specialists, fostering a mindset focused on the function's value proposition.
- Manage, lead, and coach colleagues to achieve internal KPIs and client satisfaction for client onboarding operations management and services.
- Partner with other team members and stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement process efficiencies.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in client onboarding or a related field.
- Ability to build strong relationships and build rapport with internal colleagues and carriers.
- Influence/persuasiveness – ability to achieve outcomes by collaborating with stakeholders.
- Self-starter, resourceful with the ability to bring solutions and ideas to the firm.
