About the Role:

This is a critical leadership position within the Client Onboarding team at US001 Marsh USA LLC. As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of client onboarding specialists and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the onboarding function in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of client onboarding specialists to deliver a best-in-class client onboarding experience.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflows, automation, and process streamlining capabilities.
  • Partner with the leadership team to manage the impact and delivery of change, and maximize process efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Manage and lead colleagues to achieve internal KPIs and client satisfaction for client onboarding operations management and services.
  • Own the project management of new and expanded client transitions to Marsh, including coordinating all standard and custom tasks.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in client onboarding or a related field.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and build rapport with internal colleagues and carriers.
  • Influence/persuasiveness – ability to achieve outcomes by collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, resourceful with the ability to bring solutions and ideas to the firm.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills – able to clearly articulate issues, problems, and resolutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Client Onboarding and/or related insurance industry subject matter expertise.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams.
