**Job Title:** Data Entry Specialist - Onboarding Expert

**Location:** Remote

**Industry:** Energy and Utilities

**Pay:** $20-23 per hour

**Job Description:**

As a Data Entry Specialist - Onboarding Expert, you will play a crucial role in managing the onboarding process for new suppliers. You will act as the liaison between the client and their suppliers, ensuring that all required information is accurately captured and processed. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient supplier relations and supporting ongoing business operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Serve as the main contact for suppliers throughout the onboarding process**, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • **Generate reports and analyze data related to supplier performance and onboarding metrics**.
  • **Maintain and update supplier records with accuracy and attention to detail**.
  • **Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure all supplier requirements and standards are met**.
  • **Tackle additional tasks as needed to support the onboarding process**.

**Qualifications:**

  • **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • **Experience:**
    • At least 1 year of experience in data management.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate); experience managing data is essential.
    • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
  • **Skills:**
    • **Strong communication skills, both verbal and written**.
    • **Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues**.
    • **Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously**.
    • **Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team**.

**Additional Details:**

  • **Contract Length:** 6 months
  • **Work Schedule:** Hybrid – in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
