About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our team at Spectrum Enterprise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results and meet sales goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in competitive sales development management, with a proven track record of sales success
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience with sales analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
