As an Enterprise Business Development Representative at Spectrum Enterprise, you'll have the opportunity to prospect and engage with potential clients, schedule sales meetings, and develop strategic value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a dedicated team of outbound sales professionals and interact with clients one-on-one to develop value propositions.
  • Collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment to drive sales growth.
  • Complete a comprehensive sales training program focused on sales fundamentals and best practices.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals, including 50 or more contacts per day and a designated number of monthly qualified appointments.
  • Manage a pipeline of interested prospects by tracking all activity and opportunities.
  • Assess prospect needs and identify decision-makers to develop and execute outbound outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with field-based sales teams to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in business development, sales development, prospecting for new business and accounts, or IT/SaaS business development.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Aptitude to learn Spectrum Enterprise product suite and company style of conducting sales.
  • English communication skills.
  • Resiliency, persistence, and ability to enthusiastically handle high volumes of rejection.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
