Spectrum Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Major Account Manager to develop relationships with complex strategic accounts and position our company as the provider of choice. As a key member of our sales team, you will create and execute account pursuit strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proactive consultative needs analyses with clients to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account strategies in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor account developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver product proposals and presentations to key decision makers and close deals.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing contacts within assigned accounts via telephone, cold calls, premise visits, networking, or industry events.
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of experience consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Understanding of computer networking, LAN, WAN, and high-capacity and fiber-connected networks.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and English communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and partner with support resources.
  • Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three or more years of exceeding revenue goal selling data, voice, and video solutions B2B.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.
