Business Development Representative

We're seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for prospecting and cold-calling potential clients to schedule and participate in sales meetings.

You'll collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing our 12-week paid sales training program
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly activity goals
- Managing a pipeline of interested prospects
- Assessing prospect needs and identifying decision makers
- Collaborating with field-based sales to meet sales targets
We're looking for individuals with prior experience in business development, sales development, prospecting for new business and accounts, or IT/SaaS business development. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical skills include an aptitude to learn Spectrum Enterprise's product suite and company style of conducting sales.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, as well as knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
