Spectrum Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and ability to analyze marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
